- <H2> Over the years I have met so many wonderful entrepreneurs who had a business dream, a vision or a wonderful idea that they were able to turn into a small business. running a small business can be exciting and beneficial, but at the same time it can be laborious and require a lot of time to keep it a float. The hardest part can often be the time and skill needed to lead/train the right people, in order to make your vision come to life. That is where I come in. I have been a manager/trainer in the retail industry for 22 years. my first job at 16 was in a supermarket as a cashier. within 3 months of being hired, I was so good at the details of my job that I promoted to cashier trainer. Since then I have managed many big box retailers with large staff levels such as Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, The Great Indoors, DSW shoes and Room and Board. As a manager/leader in those environments one of my biggest responsibilities was to train, manage and lead people. As we all know in any establishment you enter, your people are who brand your business. Over those years I have met many people who wanted to or are running their own businesses and The part they feel most challenged with is leading/training the right people and communicating their business vision. That is where I provide support. I will offer you my expertise and experience for as long as you need it.
